Permission to perform Administration (Windows)

For my users who are not members of the Administrator role the option to restart a server via Administration (Windows) is grayed out. Any way to enable this for non-admins?

See the object permission settings - you can configure it for each object or inherit your settings to all childs

Object => Security=>Miscellaneous=>Use of "Administration..."

This is what's configured, but they still can't access the menu - it's grayed out

Also you need some assigned credentials to your computer object to perform "Administration"-tasks
