We upgraded our vision app from 2018 to 2019 and alot of our users have lost the ability to right click. Is there a new setting that needs enabled to make this work?

What is missing? The right button on the mouse? Just tell me in more detail where users are missing what function in ASG-RemoteDesktop?

The users can no longer right click on a node. when they use 2018 a menu appears with connect as etc but in 2019 its no longer there. but for me as an admin its still there.
I reinstalled Vision app 2018 for the users in citrix and they can work away fine. but if they open 2019 no right click menu.

Ok - no menu or do you just missing some entries? In "Settings=>Context menu" you can hide some context menu entries - did you check that for your users? Perhaps it's just not active?!?

Or is it just disabled? If you have activated permissions you can restrict these functions...

By the sounds of things there is nothing in vision app to stop the right click function.
The users are connecting to the same DB with a 2018 install and a 2019 install. the 2018 install works as expected. The 2019 install is the one that has the menu issues. Also some users are sitting on the loading data screen at the start where it can take them up to 2-3min to get logged in. Is there anyway to debug whats going on during this time? And again 2018 works fine no issues in logging in

Same db with other version - so the users checked their "Settings=>Context menu" with version 2019? And again - NO context menu or only missing entries in context menu? That makes a huge difference for me...
And startup problems - users should try to run the DataOptimizer (in Administration menu) - this could solve some data issues - if not I would need a sql backup for analyzing - but first the users should try it with the DataOptimizer!

No Context menu, no nothing. Nothing happens when they right click its like it has been disabled.
Yea done the data optimizer first and no issues found with it.

Never heard this issue before - the app is hosted on a Citrix environment? Can you check any other context menu is working? Like in Find-Window in the result list - or on a connection tab title - or in Overview-Window??? It is a general problem?
What is the difference to your user? Can you change it to see if the context menu come back? It must be something with your environment... but I've no idea what could cause blocking context menu
