I have been experiencing where ASG-RemoteDesktop 2020 will Crash and hang. At the top of the title bar it says (Not Responding). I do not know how to trouble shoot what is causing this to lockup. I have reviewed the Windows Event logs but can not find any detail as to the cause. I a have had this problem with the last 2 updates that have come out. I am running version 13.0.6667.1. All I can do is do a task kill on the application. It is happening more frequent now. I am on windows 10 1903 Build 18362.720. What other trouble shooting steps can I do to troubleshoot this issue with the product. I am not using the SQL database. 32 bit version. I believe this all may have started after the upgrade from 2019 to 2020 I did 2 months ago.
