Manage Licenses and Downloads

How do you gain access to manage licenses and downloads?  I am a current ASG Remote Desktop customer.

I had a laptop failure and need to retrieve my license file (2020).  The only license file I currently have is from the year before (2019).

ASG support soes not handle anything related to ASG-RD. Licenses normally will only be available from the Nexway ( former Asknet) Webshop. There you can login with your registered mail adress (or reset the password with a valid email-adress) and have access to the licenses. But depending on the purchase the license won't be stored endless. In case you can't access it anymore because it's an "old" license we can recreate them :-)
So if you provide me your account user /mail adress used for the shop I can have a look which licenses have been purchased and recreate them if needed.
