Extended shortcut availability slows down every input

Hi ASG guys,

It seems like I'm not the first one that has issues with the feature "Extended shortcut availability".
I actually wanna use it, so I would prefer to not turn it off.

Is there no way at all to fix the issue from the ASG-RD side?
What would be the easiest way to find the other tool that interferes with the "Extended shortcut availability" feature?

Normally this is only an issue in Citrix-Environments - do you use ASGRD locally and run into this issue?

Hi Oliver,

I'm using ASG-RD on a normal laptop. Not on a server via Citrix.

My company uses Citrix.
So there is Citrix Workspace installed on my laptop.
I also know that a lot of GPOs are getting applied to both environments.
So this could be causing issues that are normally only happening in Citrix-environments.

Ok - so the issues are caused by any of the Citrix components you have installed on your laptop I guess - if two programs try to grab the events for the keyboards it seems to happen - but don't ask me what the Citrix component exactly do
