Unresponsive ASG

Hi, we use ASG-RemoteDesktop 2020 version 13.0.6768.1 on about 20 windows 10 desktops
Many times a day ASG becomes unresponsive and the only solution is to start it again.
Some teammembers have it several times a day and others have it every few days, but we all have this problem.

Is there anything we can do about this problem?

First - are you using 64bit application? It's more stable as the 32bit app...

Then can you report when it mostly occur? Like only on RDP or HTTP connections (with wich browser engine) - a lot of connections at the same time (> 10 or > 20 ???)

Any details?

We use the 64 bits version.
We only use RDP connections.
It happens when we are online and offline in the application
It happens with 2 or 20 connections open, more connections is a bigger chance
It happens many times a day and later not for a month
Sadly, we can't find any common action

Hi,
Thanks for your feedback ! Normally I would advise please check database connection and use the "Data optimizer" - but since you say it's happening offline also that seems not to be the reason. Is it happening only on specific systems ? The usual things to improve performance are to use the Data-Optimizer (backup DB first) and to check for excessive logfile creation - could be a reason for some delays in use...especially if you do many sync / del. actions in bigger environments - that's always a good idea but propably not the reason here...;
