ASG team,
It seems that with the release of the latest version we have lost the ability to browse forests and domains to import servers from Active Directory. I am running Windows 10, 1809, latest patches as of this month. Can you please investigate and remediate?

What exactly is your issue? Any errors? Not working for trusted Domains? Non trusted domains configured in global settings? Which step is not working or where do you have any issues?

If you not have configured untrusted domains - only the trusted domains will be listed. I tried on different machines and my AD browsing is working as expected.
For testing purposes please add a domain in Settings=>Domain - just to see if this domain is listed afterwards. Are you using the same Windows Account? Have you any error log entries? Nothing has changed in AD browsing so it should be anything else in your configuration I guess...

Did you try the AD Browse at any other location - like AD-Sync - or in Security Groups (add Users)

So if sync is working and if you use local user - you need to specify "Untrusted Domains" in Settings to browse any AD - did you try to add a Domain/user/password combination in Settings=>Domains? Can you browse the AD afterwards? Are there any domains listed in the dialog - like your local computer? Or is the list completley emtpy?

We tried with different accounts on different machines - without any issues - and nobody else is running into the same issue - so it must be something in your environment - we also didn't make any changes in this part of the code...
You can switch back to any other version until 2019 (an test it again in this version) - it should be compatible with your data files. Of course, backup is always the better way to keep you data. I don't know from which version you have upgraded?

This thread can be closed. It was discovered that my computer had lost secure channel communication with my domain. Once reestablished, browsing trusted domains worked again.
