Use another Account - login on Windows server
#1
Hi,
We dont use the ASGRemote password manager (It's complicated :-)   ) and and using  auto-send function to send user/password directly into the login prompt. But we must always choose "Use another account to get the prompt for user and password.

Someone out there who knows how to get past it and get the whole prompt right away when login to Windows servers? Or should one wish for it in the future version of ASGRemote?

Using.
ASR-RemoteDEkstop 2020
Ver: 13.0.6888.1

First - why is ASGRD complicated? If you have any questions just ask here and we will support you - perhaps it helps to look at some basic videos we have here https://remotedesktop.rocketsoftware.com...php?fid=85

If you do not assign credentials to a connection object the prompt to login will always appear - so don't understand what you are missing? But windows will always save the last used account and will fill the login user itself - that can't be changed in Windows RDP

Thank you for your response.

Its not ASGRD that complicated. it's the company decision how and where we store the information. nothing we could do against that for the moment... "its complicated"

I guess we have to live with our small problem.

Take care.
