Great - the error is easy to fix - goto your 2011 or 2012 database and delete your logs - it will cost too much time and so an error is thrown

Or is the error occuring just when opening version 2020? Then open your logs in UI there and remove it - or on database directly with TRUNCATE Table Logs - if you want to delete by sql in 2011 / 2012 - just check the table names, log tables should be named vCCErrorLogs, vCCChangeLogs and so on...

Hope you can use version 2020 now :-)

there is no longer error when we lauch ASGRD2020. We a re able to use the 2020 version. thanks again and
