2020 with SQL Express

Having issues with new RD 2020 version using SQL Server 2016.  Don't know SQL that well and having a hard time configuring security and users in SQL.  Does the SQL Express version allow multiple users and ability to import RD 2016 settings? If so, do I just install on server and point Environment to that?

Yes you can try it - you can backup/restore the database with Microsoft SQL Management Studio
