PowerShell AD Sync cmdlet for ASG

Hi,

Can the developers please create a feature that will allow the GUI, when doing an import of an AD OU, to sync the objects (create new, modify existing, delete old)? Additionally, can that ability be made available via a Powershell cmdlet?
