ASGRD Connection SQL Command Error
#1
Hello,

today we are receiving the following error message when connecting to my ASGRD DB:

Running an SQL-Command promted and error (UserGetId)

If I click on OK another message appears:

Data source not supported (The version of your data source is not supported by this application version and cannot be migrated. Please use a supported version.

The enviroment hasn't changed in the last weeks, so i'm a bit wondering what happened. Neither the application on the client was updated, nor the SQL Server or database has been changed.

We are using the following enviroment.

- MS Windows Server 2016 + SQL Server 2016 (running ASGRD DB)
- Windows 10 20H2 (ASGRD Clients for 10 Admins)
- ASGRD Version 2020 patch (error occurs with ASGRD 2021 as well)

Do you have any ideas what could have happened?

Kind regards

Tobias Hüpgen

Yes - somebody has installed latest version (ASGRD 2021 Patch7) and run a database upgrade to the latest version! This database is now only compatible with this version anymore
