Fixes

- Connect/Disconnect All is working as expected
- Overview - if thumbnail of a floating window is selected the window will get focus and thumbnail is redrawn correctly
- File environment name can now be renamed
- Settings=>Icons - Delete button is enabled when any row is selected
- VNC screen issues fixed
- VNC View Only mode - can be changed via connection menu again
- Fullscreen connection - the right height is calculated even if Toolbar-Position for tab/window and fullscreen is different

- Settings=>Connection=>DoubleClick action for connections => added "Connect via Dyanmic Port"
- Permissions for objects - new setting "Do not inherit" for each single permission added

The 64Bit-version of ASG-RD has the following limitations
- No ICA protocol is supported (Citrix do not plan to release a 64bit client software)
