Shrink the log files and run the DataOptimizer but without success.
Also try the settings "Set connection timeout" 30 seconds but that has also no effect.
Added the BaseItemGet error.
Which version so you use? We always try to optimize / fix issues - so perhaps you should first try to use the latest version - if the error still occur we need to analyze the database in detail
If you have a valid subscription - please try to upgrade to newer version - there were a lot of fixes meanwhile - I know the issue and most of these issues are gone through fixes in software or new extensions in DataOptimizer
