Minimum Password Length

This is ideally a simple request-it'd be great to be able to have a minimum length when generating passwords.  Certain orgs have different requirements for things like this-it would be great to be able to toss a setting in the master config to ensure that the minimum length is met.

If I've missed this setting, let me know, I've hunted everywhere for it.
