No longer specify credentials and the PuTTY session
#1
Hello ASG team,

ASG-2020
Version 13.0.6985.1

Problem:
When right-clicking a connection entry in ASG and choosing Properties, a lot of options are gone.
Some examples :

We can no longer specify credentials for connections defined in ASG
We can no longer specify the PuTTY session to be used for SSH-based connections defined in ASG

Number of users impacted: 18
When the database is restored from a few days before, the problem is no longer present.

Can you please tell us what could have caused this problem?
Thank you in advance!

Please check the "Properties=>Roles" on root object or parent folder of your connection - seems that there are no roles activated and if child objects use "Inherited data" you won't see the option until you activate them again
