Fixes

- OnePassword - Vault selection is working again
- Fullscreen - Title-Bar - can be moved sideways again
- Newly created items are saved correctly
- ReadOnly-Permission in Connection-HTTP-Assigned fields is used correctly
- New connection/folder object permission - Use of "Connect with Multiple Options..."
- Data refresh in database mode will reflect all changes in UI
- German text in english help files corrected
- ENTER in QuickConnect reacts on all fields as "Connect"

- Enabled variable parsing for field "Connection-Destination"
- ICA - Client from Citrix Workspace 22.7.0.24 integrated

The 64Bit-version of ASG-RD has the following limitations
- No ICA protocol is supported (Citrix do not plan to release a 64bit client software)
