Signing in as non-Integrated AD account cannot connect to database

I'm noticing in version 15.0.7631.1 that I can only connect to the database if the Integrated authentication check box is checked.  If I sign in with Windows credentials and that box unchecked, I get a message that cannot connect to the database and continue in offline mode.

If you untick "Integrated" user name and domain should be prefilled - just password need to be entered - and then it is not working for you? Tried myself without any issue.

Correct, problem seems to be in patch 10 and above, does not occur in patch 9
