Folders deleted and created again.

ASG-2020
Version 13.0.6985.1

Problem:
On ASG database vRD2020_XX users couldn't make a RDP connection to the servers, this was caused by a change of a user who was unaware of the change.
See change log file in the attachment.

Problem was solved to add the Roles below the Folder Properties - Connections on the root which was empty.

Same issue occur on another database, resolved in the same way, also here the user was unaware of the change.

What can be the problem of this issue?

Never seen this before - at startup the program is checking if the root folders are existing - if not the root folders will be created automatically - and I guess that happend - and the Roles will not be added at this point - but I do not understand why the root folders are gone?!?
