ASG Remote Desktop 2020 - incredibly slow.

Hello ASG team,

ASG-Remotedesktop 2020
Version 13.0.6985.1

Problem:
 
When a ASG user is trying to open ASG Remote Desktop the application is unresponsive for minutes before the login box is present.
Then he can connect to the ASG database vRD_2020_Storage database.
There are more users with the same problem.
The problem occurs only at home not in the office.
When I connect (at home) to the same ASG database vRD_2020_Storage it takes a much shorter time when the connection is established.

Data Optimizer, Analyse gives No items found to optimize.

What can be the problem of this issue?

Try to deactivate "Check for News & Updates" - we have seen that this check can be slow down the start - depends on some Internet settings

Are you working from home via vpn? It will collect at startup the trusted domains - that could also take some time?!?
