2017 transferring license

Hello, 

I do IT support for a company. A user recently got a new computer, I installed the software no problem. But I can not figure out how to transfer and activate the users license. Any help would be appreciated.

You need the license file - if you don't have it, please send mail to remotedesktop@rocketsoftware.com with information about company/user/license date - we will check and try to send you your license again
