support TLSv1.2

Needing assistance enabling TLSv1.2. 

I am on ASG-RD 2020 version 13.0.6667.1.

I have upgraded SQL Server Express 2014 to SP3 CU5, which should support TLSv1.2.

The ODBC Driver 11 for SQL Server version 12.3.6448.4 is also set up, but.NET is not.

I read in another post that.NET is now used instead of ODBC.

When I use the register to turn off TLSv1.0, ASG can't connect to the database that is on the same server.

This is the only app on this server that is still using TLSv1.0, and we're working to get rid of it as quickly as possible.

Try to use newer version - we don't use ODBC driver, it should be handled by .NET framework
