I’m new to Rocket Software’s Remote Desktop platform and am trying to set up a connection to a remote Windows server using the Rocket Remote Desktop client. However, I’m encountering an issue where the session frequently disconnects after a few minutes, even though my internet connection is stable.
I’ve tried adjusting the session timeout settings in both the client and the server but haven’t had any luck. My setup is as follows:
OS: Windows 11 Pro (Client), Windows Server 2019 (Host)
Rocket Remote Desktop Version: 3.2.1
Error Message: "Connection Lost: The remote session has been terminated."
Troubleshooting Steps Taken:
Disabled firewall and antivirus temporarily
Verified that no other remote sessions are interfering
Checked event logs but found no specific errors related to the disconnections
Has anyone else experienced this issue, and if so, what solutions have worked for you?
