Hello, I'm a new member.
I have several TS jumpboxes that use ASG Remote 2020 as a tabbed RDP manager for a variety of administrative tasks. My users' profiles and settings are kept on a SQL server for context (Environment Manager), and I can't right-click the credentials tab to establish new credentials.
However, if I create a new environment manager file and utilize it locally rather than on the profile server, I can create and save credentials as I see fit. The SQL server portion of this was set up by someone who is no longer with our organization, and I have been assigned this service to handle.
I was wondering if there was anything I could attempt with SQL databases and/or option ticking / unticking to make saving credentials work.
Many thanks!
