Thank you so much for all your time and efforts!!!
I received the Beta Version 19.0.8940.1 and after installing it, I no longer get an error message, which is a great accomplishment.
The experience now is different. The very 1st time after right-clicking on the "Delinea RDP Launcher" menu item, this dialog box pops up:
   
...and after clicking to check that box accepting "I understand and allow RDP files to open on this device for my account", then this warning shows up:
   
After clicking on the [Connect] button, the system asks for credentials, which is strange, as I was right-clicking on the credential itself:
   
Once I typed my credential's password, a separate RDP session came up without problem and no errors.

However, I checked with the Delinea administrator, and he confirmed that unfortunately, no recording was generated.  

It seems to me that the RDP client was invoked without using Delinea's "Secret Server Protocol Handler" as most likely that's the process that actually records the session.

I do believe that a lot of progress has been made. Hopefully this information helps. Once again, I ratify how grateful we are for you to take the time and make this work!
