Logged into laptop using lower priv regular account.
Running application as higher Priv enterprise admin account.
Higher Priv enterprise admin account is admin on laptop.

Are you in Offline mode? Perhaps it never run in online mode before? It seems the offline file is not accessible... Can you please try to run it once in database mode?

Yes, it runs in database mode, it was connected.

I was able to solve the issue by logging into the laptop as the account with elevated permissions, running rocket, logging out and then I was able to run it as my elevated account when logged in as my non-elevated account.
Something is afoot but this fixed the issue for now.

ok, You are receiving this error while closing the application. Did you start the application in Online or Offline ?

From Stacktrace I would say you don't have permission to write to C:\Users\scotth\AppData\Roaming\Rocket Remote Desktop\19.0\Offline.xml

I have full control of the 19.0 folder permissions are set to propagate and I have full control of the actual file.
The other thing that is happening is that connections start to open, the tab populates but it never seems to attempt to make the connection.
The only way the app seems to work is if the account that I am logged into the laptop with is a local admin.
Run as admin will get the app to open but connections still will not open.

Nothing in the logs other than what I posted about not being able to write to the offline file. If I change to offline mode after connecting to DB mode and the back to db mode the time stamp on the offline.xml file gets updated even though it says that I cannot access it.
When I try to open a connection it is still blank, if I look at properties I get an error message:

Have you tried uninstall / reinstall - it seems that something is really wrong with your installation - so many errors, no real data access (that's why connection is also not working) - perhaps you should try to remove the offline.xml file too

We have it too. Allready reinstalled. The Error is shown when i try a rdp to any server. The Connection shows a blank Screen. If i click RDP > SessionDetails the exception Error is shown and also logged in eventviewer > application.
