We still can't reproduce - so fixing is not easy - but I guess we are on the right way - next test version

If I run this new version as an impersonated user it doesn't work, if I run it as my regular user it works (Integrated login).

Just a quick update for everyone following the thread: I’m in direct contact with the developer to resolve the issue. I’ll comment here again in the thread once there are any new findings.

One more test version

https://rrddownloads.rocketsoftware.com/..._Setup.zip

We changed the impersonation code a bit - must be anything in that part of the code

I think we are going in the right direction with the new version.

A short response from my testing with the last version (Patch4 Beta17)

The x64-Version in elevated mode is now working without those three issues i have posted before. (so far everything works as expected)
The non elevated version produces following error, after login and is not usable for me at all.

Thank You

Need to ask again for testing - we narrow down to a permission problem - added more logs to get the right exception with details that could help us to go on

https://rrddownloads.rocketsoftware.com/..._Setup.zip

You only need to test with normal user - that causes currently the issue and we need more details

I have installed the new version (x64 Patch 4 beta 18)
So far everything is working as expected.
No need to use the elevated version, the normal one is now working on our clients.

Thank You

Hi Oliver,

Unfortunately, today we are seeing the login errors again with the x64 version when running in normal mode.
(The elevated mode still works without any errors.)

After logging in, the error windows shown below appear. No 2FA window is displayed, and the application remains stuck in this state.

I am seeing the same error when it tries to connect to the DB, it asks if I want to connect in offline mode if I say no then I start to get that error.
If I start in offline mode I get this error.

Hi,

I guess we are missing some dependent Dlls, Oliver is on leave for couple of days. We will resume this once he comes back.
Thank You,
Pavan
