We just recently upgraded from v18.0.8870.1 to v19.0.8949.1, and our connection to Secret Server no longer works.
Nothing on our side was changed; either on the Secret Server side nor the Rocket RD side.
When trying to access a password from Secret Server, we get the following error:
Credentials could not be retrieved - plugin reported an error.
Response was null which was not expected.
Status: 500

If I revert back to v18, it works fine.
One thing I noticed is that if I go into Tools -> Settings -> Environment -> Delina Secret Server
in version 18 there is a dropdown for "Use API via" which we have "SOAP" selected.
However, there is no option for this in V. 19.
How can we regain connectivity to Secret Server? This will prevent us from using v. 19.
