In a full-screen RDP session, with or without the additional toolbar, the name of the connected session only shows up on the Connection Bar, which auto-hides unless you choose to pin it. Pinning the Connection Bar works only for that one session. After you log out and come back in again, you lose it.
I work on dozens of servers in any given day, preferrably in full-screen mode and would appreciate at least one of the following:
1. Have a setting somewhere that would allow the Connection Bar to default as pinned (either a global or a connection option).
2. If one chooses to pin the Connection Bar, keep that choice persistent for future sessions.
3. Display the name of the connection in the Additional Toolbar one can already turn on or off.
BTW, THANK YOU for restoring the ability to run full screen sessions with my Windows task bar still visible. This is a godsend for multi-taskers!
