1. It is possible to add local users:
from help file
If the computer to be used to configure the vRD permissions belongs to a Windows domain, you cannot add local users of other computers with Add (default). To assign permissions for these database objects to local users, do the following:
In vRD, under Tools|Options|Permissions, enable the Assign permissions to local accounts allowed option. This will make it possible to add local user accounts in the Permissions dialog by clicking Add...
Log on to vRD with a local user account and the associated computer name.
An error message will warn you that you have no permission to start vRD. The data required to grant this permission to the user is copied to the clipboard and then needs to be made available to the system administrator.
Provide this information to the system administrator.
The system administrator must now select Add|Add local user account in the vRD Permission Management feature and, in the dialog that opens, enter the information received from the user.
The local user is now shown in the Assigned users and groups field along with the corresponding computer name and can therefore log on to vRD.
2. It is not possible to hide the properties, but users can be configured that they could not change the settings
3. This is not a vRD point, it depends on the protocoll and its configuration which ports are used.
