Open tabs in the background

I have previously suggested this in a beta forum (http://forum.visionapp.de/showthread.php?tid=3735).

Every time a tab is opened - fx. if you use the "Connect All" feature - focus is shifted to the newest tab.

It would be nice to have an option of opening tabs in the background, so focus stays on the active tab.

It would be nice if you could set the option for when connecting:
- to a single connection in the navigation pane,
- to multiple connections in the navigation pane (fx. using select or Connect All)
- using Quick Connect

...since you might want to have a different behaviour in the different connection scenarios.

That new RDP connections "steals" focus is especially noticable if you use Quick Launch to open multiple connections after one another, because the Quick Connect window is "minimized" or pushed back "behind" vRD, if it is open when a RDP connection is made.
