Lock Folder / Connection order in treeview

It would be nice to be able to set or lock the order of folders and connections in the treeview, so you can make certain folders or connections always be first, no matter of the name (so you don't have to prepend "1." etc.) - and still have vRD order the rest of the folders and connections alphabetically.

I hope it makes sense.
