Hi,
I work as an IT consultant for many clients. I probably spend about 5 hours a day using VisionApp Remote desktop, frequently with multiple (10+) servers connected
I know VisionApp Remote Desktop tracks the connect and disconnect times of each session, but what would be great is if it also tracked the amount of time a particular server was the “Active Server”. I am not sure if this would be more or less useful, if this included the time the window was also the foreground application (i.e. actually in use).
The purpose of this would be to better manage my billing. I have started using http://app.chrometa.com/welcome for my time tracking and unfortunately it can only see that I have VRD70.exe as the running foreground app, it can’t see what servers I am working on. I have asked the Chrometa team, but they can only see the "active Window Title" for their time billing, they cannot see what tabs/servers within VisionApp are "active".
Thanks for an already awesome product. One of the few I am happy to pay support for every year to get the upgrades.
