How stop an user from taking over the session while sharing the same account

How stop an user from taking over the session while sharing the same account inside a team.

It is better if we get a prompt that another session is trying to take over the current session and an option to accept or reject like the same we get while using VM.

Now the issue is that we will be working on server using a service account and same time somebody else is logging in from other locations and taking over the sessions.

I do not know if there is a possibility - if so, it has to be a policy on the server - but the scenario you describe is rdp standard
