Authorization Failed on SSH Connection
#1
Greetings, I'm getting Authorization Failed on a new SSH connection. It happens whether I use stored credentials or "none" and type them in.

When I open the host with Putty standalone, I am logged in without fail.

What could be the matter?

Mine work. So maybe you have the values wrong or not entered correctly into the properties of the credentials. Wink

Thank you, friend. The credentials are entered correctly, and what's more, I've used cut-and-paste operations to ensure repeatability. This is not being caused by a tyopgraphic error.

As for the settings being wrong, I'm using SSH port 22 and the default Putty session. I've also tried with the "none" session.

Definitely something is amiss. ASG, please help.

Here's a screencap showing the failed ASG session in the background, and a successful standalone Putty session in the foreground.

Could you please try some other configurations like

- assign credentials in another way (Inherit, set onn the connection, private / public cred, create a new credential object, perhaps use another pwd)

On several tests it worked - so if there is something wrong it must be any special configuration that cause the problem
