could not find stored procedure 'connection test' 2015 Patch 2
#1
Hi folks,

Im running windows 8.1 using ASG RD 2015 Patch2 connecting to sql server 2008 R2.

I have full permissions to the DB and when I test the connection i get returned successful. When I launch the application I get a error:

Connection could not be established. A connectino to your current environment could not be established.

Could not find stored procedure 'connection test'.

I had this working on windows 7 prior to my machine dying.

Again when I test the connection it says successful...ports are open...no firewall...permissions are ok.

Any ideas?

Thanks!

Did you try to upgrade? You can't connect directly to database from version 2012. You need to create a new one and then migrate your data inside the application/environment - Environment=>Upgrade from 2012...

Hi Oliver,

Im the only user experiencing the issue (forgot to mention!) - we have 6 other people using 2015 p2.

No upgrade as it was a fresh install. DB connectivity for all other users is fine.

Thanks,
Aidan

Then it must be the SQL security - check if you really have the correct database specified - check if your integrated user has acces to the database - should be something with the access to the database
