Environment Picker showing Domain Errors.
#1
Hi Team,

When I am starting up ASG 2015 Patch 2, the domain is not showing correctly. It is showing a domain that used to have a 2 way trust that has now been broken and no forwarders exist. I am trying to set up security grouping and it is failing when trying to find users and groups.

Is there a fix, or database entry to change. Currently I have only deployed to 3 users, so a manual fix is good for now.

Thanks

Anthony.

The logon dialog lists all "trusted domains" - for the login it is not possible to select a non trusted domain because the user gets a windows token. In the program you can configure non-trusted domains and use them for credentials...

So I do not understand what do you want to have fixed?

The problem is it is now showing an untrusted domain, and not the domain that the computer is on. The trust and forwards have been cut 2 weeks ago. This domain that is showing was always in the trusted forest and not the primary. I have worked out how to remove this by not using integrated authentication.

My issue now comes from Tools -> Security Groups. The primary domain that the Database server/ client PC is on is showing up as (Error to access....) while the untrusted domain is showing up as a domain that is valid until you click on it. (Screenshot attached).
