connections disappeared

After upgrading to patch 5 yesterday, all of the connections are gone. COnnection to the DB is fine, and others can still see the connections.

Attached screenshot, please help -

   

So now 2 people cannot see the connections but a 3rd can. I installed the program on a brand new PC and connected to the DB and the connections on it were blank. Is this something to do with the permissions or the DB?

You have 2 threads open - my answer on the other thread was

Do you have permissions activated? Tools=>Settings=>Permissions - if not you could send me a backup of your sql database to asg.rd@asg.com and I will have a look at it...

I do have permissions activated. Do you still want me to send you a copy?

Could you first check it when you are logged in as administrator?

Do you see the root objects as member of the Administrator group? There is a new option in Permissions - Show root objects for all users - is that option checked? All users should see the root objects then

If not, please send me a backup so I can check it directly

These settings are checked, I am a member of the admins group as well. See via the screenshot where all of the remote objects are blank.

Do you need just the DB or the log file too?

I received your backup - but I can't restore it - if I select it there is no database to restore - tried with SQL 2012 and 2014...
