Quick Connects dialog box disappears

Hi!

I'm running ASG2015, when some of our users use the Quick Connect the quick Connect dialog Box is not showing it's there, and if we Write an server address and hit ENTER it Works, but it's not showing.

The preview tab (Windows) also shows it, but clicking on it does nothing.

Anyone experiencing the same?

Hi,

perhaps it's outside the monitor bounds - please right click the "Quick Connect" window in taskbar and select "Move" - then you can move it with your arrow keys - normally it should be visible then...

Hmm, I have tried that.

ASG2015 is running as a published app With XenApp 7.6

Deleting my profile now, to see if it helps.

I just upgraded to ASG RD 2016 Patch 3.  Now the Quick Connect button shows up on the windows task bar but it does not open a pop-up window.

This was working prior to Patch 3
If I right click on the task bar button, there is no option to MOVE
  ASG-Remote Desktop 2016 Elevated
  Unpin this program from taskbar
  Close window

If it is still not working - Tools=>Reset layout

Thanks, I'll try that next time.

I ended up backing up ASG (Export)
Removing ASG
Reinstalling ASG
Still go the hidded quick connect.
I searched my user profile and renamed C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\ASG-RemoteDesktop\9.0 to C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\ASG-RemoteDesktop\9.0.old

I launched ASG again and tried Quick connect, now I can see the screen again.
