Version 8.0.4958,

after connect to the DB the Application freeze

the first connect ( upgrade from older Version) was ok

does anyone else have this issue?

So you are running Win10 and have upgraded ASG-RD to the latest patch? Can you delete/rename your profile.xml (%AppData%\ASG\RemoteDesktop 8.0) and start again?!?

the asgrd freeze for >10 min

then open and works

You upgraded just before?

Can you check your log size?

SELECT COUNT(*) FROM Logs

A lot of upgrades were slow because millions of log entries were in the database and version 2015 tries to load all data at startup - we will optimize this asap...

Are all users having this slow startup time?

How many items are in the database? SELECT count(*) from Items

If you want you can send me your database (database backup file with SQL Management Studio) and I will check what is going on - asg.rd@asg.com - add a link to this thread
