ASG-REMOTE Desktop 2015 stops working

My ASG-remote software has stopped working on my 2 machines with the following error:

I have un-installed and reinstalled to get around this in the past, but he keeps happening (no real rhyme or reason as to when).

Any help is appreciated.

Do you use database or file mode? The error occured during access to any data... But the error itself is from .NET Framework

Try to delete/rename your Profile.xml in %AppData%\Roaming\ASG-RemoteDesktop\8.0 - then you have to choose or create a new Environment - try to create a temp one to see if the app is running again - then try to use your ol datasource again - perhaps there is any coruption in your data source...

Thanks for the quick response, I use the "file mode". I removed profile.xml file you refer to and started again. thanks!
