ASG RD 2015P9 hangs

Hi,

We use ASG RD in database mode.
When we launch ASG today the application launches but dosn't load anything.
I see the message "loading data ..." in the status bar below and it's been like that for more then an hour.
The same when i do this on the DB server locally.
I can't go into the env to check the connection.

anything I can check or do to pinpoint this ?

Can you send me your database for analysing? asg.rd@asg.com - add a link to this thread and I will check immediately!

Jorgen, I got your database, restored it, connect to it - it takes some seconds and everything works fine...

Do you have any Application EventLog Entry? Are there any other users who are running into this Problem? If it is only for you I can customize the database so I'm running the app with your account...

Did you try to rename "Profile.xml" - perhaps any setting in there?

You can close this.
they rebooted the server and today it works again. sorry for the inconvenience.

but you say it takes only few seconds ? really for me and all my colleagues it takes at least 54 seconds.

If you can customize the database so it starts in a few seconds please do without data loss ;-) , you will make at least 50 people happy.

The next patch will be available iuntil Friday - and there you find new "Data optimizations" - this will improve your Startup time...
