Upgrading from 2011 V7.0.3328.0

I am currently on 2011 V7.0.3328.0, and would like to know the steps necessary to upgrade to the most current version. I do not know whether I am still under support or not (as this was purchased by out IT department for my machine, so I don't know the details).

I see that the current version is 2015, and that an interim upgrade to 2012 may be necessary.

How can I check whether I am eligible for downloading these versions and being licensed for them after upgrading?

in "? => About" you can see your license information - look at your maintenance period - if it is not valid anymore you can send a mail to asg.rd@asg.com to get a coupon code for upgrading your license...

Then you need to install version 2012 and upgrade your datasource - then you will be able to migrate to 2015 - just create a new environment and choose "File => Upgrade from 2012"
