Invalid encryption of credentials
#1
Hi,

We are configuring ASG-RD 2015 with a SQL database.
After having changed an internal user password, I'm not able to connect to the software wihtout seeing this Message:
Invalid encryption of credentials
There are one or more credentials with invalid password encryption. The credentials will be marked in the navigation window. You have to reset the passwords to use it again.

Even after resetting the password, still the same.
I'm not sure to understand how it works regarding the configuration permissions etc... And I did not find any documentation.

Does someone have any suggestion?

Did you see the symbol in navigation where the creds seems to be corrupted? And this one you have changed? So perhaps there is another one that is not visible... you can check this by executing the Data Optimization Wizard (in Administration)- there is one check that looks for items that can't be displayed because the parent is not existing...

Pleasse run that wizard.

Problem fixed by deleting the database and re-creating everything from the beginning.
Thanks for you answer.
