Frustrating to access External Applications

Hi Oliver,

In the previous versions, when select Ext Applications, the entire list of External Apps where displayed. Now only a tiny selection are displayed and it takes significant time to click on the down arrow to scroll down to the bottom of the list.

   

We have over 50 External Apps defined.

   

Can the complete list of External Apps please be displayed?

One idea would be to use folders - but I will check if the context menu items are configurable...
