Error on opening

Hi

My ASG Remote Desktop 2015 displays an error message every time I open the application.
"Error on restoring docking layout
Object reference not set to an instance of an object."


A Windows event log entry shows a stack trace.
at System.Windows.Forms.DataGridViewBand.set_Thickness(Int32 value)
at CloudAdminUI.DockControls.ComputerLogControl.RefreshData()
at CloudAdminUI.DockControls.ComputerLogControl.SetCurrentItem(Guid id, String text)
at CloudAdminConsole.MainForm.CreateDockWinLogbook()
at CloudAdminConsole.MainForm.sandDockManager1_ResolveDockControl(Object sender, ResolveDockControlEventArgs e)


I saw in the forums some suggestions for resolving this on 2011 version, but it doesn't seem to apply here on 2015.

Wow - same error as another customer - must be any patch that causes this error - please try to use "Tools=>Reset layout" - if this do not help here the solution from another customer...

This is perfect and solved my issue. Started happening right after installed February Microsoft Patches.

Had the same problem, the reset resolved it

maybe offer a reset as a solution in app
