Can't see private credentials after migrating from vRD 2012 to 2015
#1
After I upgraded from vRD 2012 to 2015 I can no longer view my private credentials. Connections that were mapped to them still utilize the connections. However I can not longer view or edit them.

If you migrate private creds it will only work if you use the same user in version 2015 like in 2012 - so same login method, same username /windows account...

Did you choose also the same encryption? By default in 2012 is "Windows Account" - in 2015 default is "Password"

I don't recall which method was used. All my other users are able to access their previously stored private credentials.

Other users - so you have migrated a database?

Can you check that the user is really the same - just start version 2012 and 2015 - in status bar you can see the user who is logged in - are the both accounts identically?

Yes we migrated the databases from 2012 to 2015. Yes it's the same account.

Do you want to send me a database backup? So I could analyze the data - you can send to "asg.rd@asg.com" - tell me your sql server version, at least one account name who is missing creds and add a link to this thread to your mail...
