I have just installed ASG 2016 version 9.0.5222.0 on a Windows 7 Machine that was previously running ASG 2015 without issues. I am now getting an error stating that

"The remote computer '%' require Network Level Authentication, which is not enabled in the RDP Connection properties."

I have verified that the fix in http://forum.visionapp.com/showthread.php?tid=7311 is applied to this machine. ASG 2015 had no issues connecting to the same servers and never gave the NLA errors.

I am using the same database and the same user account to log into ASG.

Same error here.

Upgraded to 2016 to get the Windows 10 Redstone fast ring problem fixed, only to get this errror. Sad

The weird thing is, there doesn't seem to be a "Network Level Authentication" setting under RDP Properties?

I am also experiencing this issue in Windows 10.

Upgraded to 2016 and am getting this issue connecting to my remote instances. Went back to test the exact same servers in 2015 and they all work.

Hi,

same error after upgrading to ASG RDP 2016 version 9.0.5222.0

client: Windows 7 enterprise 64bit
same DB
same user
same everything except ASG version

the problem can be replicated only when i RDP on Windows 2012 / 2012 R2 / 8 / 8.1 / 10

everything worked just fine few minutes earlier prior update but after update is no longer working

i really need to have a fix for this issue ASG software is the most used software in our department
