Hi,

we just installed version 2016 (we used to use 2009) and when connecting to one of our clients we get a white screen after login. What are we doing wrong?



I couldn't find an answer in this forum (only very old posts).

sorry.. forgot to mention.. RDP connection. Our client pc is Windows 10 and remote server is 2012

Problem was on the newtork of the customer... thanks!

Wich build version do you use? Never heard this before- a white screen??? Connecting to tab or window? Did you try any other destination system?
